The best Halloween performance of the year award is definitely going to the townhouse with Star Wars theme. Oh my, it was awesome! Luke Skywalker walked on the sky… literally. See the stars on the building? Everyone lover it. I could not resist to turn around and take some shots of people watching the show with genuine excitement, like kids :) halloween_black_cathalloween_luke_skywalker_princess_leiahalloween_star_warshalloween_luke_dart_weider_yodahalloween_white_facehalloween_luke_leia

I was wondering how kids trick-or-treat in New York City. Do they walk from building to building and knock on every apartment’s door? Can’t be… Well, they don’t. Instead, they trick-or-treat all restaurants, salons and shops in the area. That’s much more fun!

halloween_on_69th_streetThe W 69th street association did a great job organizing everything. The official party was scheduled to start @5pm, but around 3 pm the street was already packed.

A quick sneak peek from the Halloween party on W 69th street of Manhattan. Twenty thousand people are going to visit the street (according to police). The street is closed for traffic between Park and Broadway.  There are so many cute kids outside; unbelievable costumes and decorations! Awesome bonus – it is 72 ºF today! I will post more photos from the event tomorrow.halloween_witches
