Gruyères, Switzerland. It was getting dark when we got there and everyone was very hungry. I could snap only few shots while others were picking a place to eat. After a long dinner it was too dark to shoot. You might want to google this place to see some other pictures.
This cute medieval town actually has ‘no cars’ policy, so we had to park outside of it and walk uphill. Our restaurant was almost empty: on a rainy day in March there are not very many tourists hanging around. Another thing to mention – H.R. Giger, a swiss artist, who won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects in the movie “Alien”, opened an original museum and a bar in this town. The museum was unfortunately closed, but I could snap the bar interior. Doesn’t it look freaky?
