One of the shots I took during the helicopter ride over New York City area. This was a regular photo taken with Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L lens and I made it look like a toy miniature in Photoshop during the post-processing. Still haven’t decided if I want the actual tilt shift lens or not.

September 24, 2010Manhattan from Above ♥ NYC Photographer
September 19, 2010Birthday gift to my sister – helicopter ride over Manhattan. I think she loved it. We all did! This is a view on downtown Manhattan and Battery Park. I’ll share some more photos later.

Eiffel Tower ♥ Paris Travel Photography
August 19, 2010La Dame de Fer, or Iron Woman, one of the most visited monuments in the world. I bet it offers spectacular views of Paris, but we could not make it. Standing in a line to get up for several hours wasn’t exactly in our plans. Also, being born in USSR we are allergic to crowds and lines.
So we skipped it. Now we have one more reason to come back to this wonderful city.

Naumburg Orchestral Concert ♥ NYC Event Photographer
August 3, 2010What a great finale of a day! Walking with Vince in Central Park brings sometimes pleasant surprises. This time it was a free outdoor concert of classical music. A big Thank You for such a wonderful gift for New Yorkers goes to a founder and philanthropist Elkan Naumburg, who donated the Naumburg Bandshell to New York City in 1923, and all those donors and contributors who support it today. Thank you, it was amazing!

Gornergrat, Switzerland ♥ Travel Photography
May 10, 2010While it was raining down the valley, we enjoyed the amazing views and cloud shows that Gronergrat offered. It is a final stop and the highest (10,135 ft) point of the Gornergratbahn rack railway. For most people it is also a starting point for hiking, but for us it was the final destination. I must say it’s pretty hard to breath while going uphill at this height
. The hiking trail is about one mile long and 900 ft of vertical drop. It took us about 40 minutes to rich the point.
The mountain goats seem to feel pretty comfortable here and are not afraid of people.
